Are You Entitled to Tap?
No, we are not. According to the law, aside from the investigative, prosecuting and adjudicating bodies, only the intelligence services with the powers within the territory of the Czech Republic, i.e. the Security Information Service and the counter intelligence part of the Military intelligence are entitled to telephone tapping.
